  Designed Central Recruitment Portal for CUs in India As the lead UX/UI designer, I had the privilege of designing the Central Recruitment Portal for Central Universities (CUs) in India. This project, initiated by the Ministry of Education, aimed to streamline and enhance the recruitment process for academic and administrative positions across all central universities. I began by conducting comprehensive user research, including interviews and surveys with key stakeholders, to identify pain points and requirements. Using these insights, I developed an intuitive information architecture and user-friendly interface that simplified the application process for candidates and administrators alike. The portal features robust filtering and search capabilities, seamless application tracking, and secure document management. My design not only improved efficiency and transparency in the recruitment process but also ensured accessibility and inclusivity for all users.
